How much do you charge to file a return?
The tax industry uses a pricing model that calculates cost based on the complexity of your return. We consider the amount of time required to accurately complete your refund, and the amount of forms used in processing. One of our reps will be able to call you and provide you a quote if you have any questions.
How long does it take to get my business started?
State Filing will usually take 5-7 business days but can also vary depending on the complexity of the corporate structure and state office hours. If you have any questions about starting your business, contact us and we will update you on the progress of your filing status.
When will my documents arrive?
Documents will be uploaded to your account after completion and an email confirmation will be sent to the email address used in the client log in.
How can I pay for my tax return, business filing, or other service?
Services will be paid through CPA Charge or emailed a separate PDF invoice that can be paid using many services (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Etc.)
When will I receive my completed tax return?
We will send you an email notification when the IRS has accepted your return. Your tax return will be available for download once we have verified the receipt by the IRS.
How can I create an account?
Member accounts can be created at the client portal option at https://portal.bookedfinancial.com/login
I no longer have access to the email account I used how can I reset my password?
Use Change your password at the login here: https://portal.bookedfinancial.com/login
Where can I find your business number?
In order to properly serve all of our clients and make sure that we get personalized and accurate answers, we use E-mail as our primary communication method. Don’t worry; all questions are answered within 24-48 hours.
Why don’t you take my fees out of my refund?
Many tax services offer a service that takes the fees out of the client tax refund. Industry standards for this service cost around 40-60 dollars. We want you to have as much of your refund as possible and choose to pass this savings onto you as our customers.
I want to cancel my services with Booked Financial LLC What do I do?

We are here for our customers. We are available all year, even for federal holidays. Response times may be limited during holidays but changes in reply times will be made visible on our website.
I moved from another state, can you still prepare my taxes?
Booked Financial LLC can handle any federal tax return and/or any state return. Just make your situation known when filling out the return forms and we will take it from there.
I need consulting advice, how can I get help?
